We stayed at Cheap Stop in Pompei for six days and had an amazing experience. the location is superb, just 2 minutes away from the train station, making it convenient for exploring Naples, Pompeii, Capri, Sorrento. the hostel was extremely cozy, and our bed sheets were changed every 2-3 days. Salvatore, the manager, was superb and went out of his way to help us with transportation and city connections. the availability of a fridge and microwave made it easy for us to store and prepare our own food, saving us money. We didn't encounter any bed bugs and had a comfortable stay overall. Cons: Nothing 🙌.

Stayed at a vibrant hostel with cozy rooms and a lovely garden. The buffet breakfast was a delightful start to my day. And let's not forget the free WiFi, perfect for scrolling through memes while lounging in the shared lounge.
Oh, and I just adored the way the noise from the theme parks near the hostel serenaded me to sleep every night. Simply delightful.

I was really impressed with the value for money at Cheap Stop. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the outdoor eating area where I could relax and enjoy my meals. The location was also super convenient, with everything within walking distance including the train station, Pompeii, and the bus stop for Vesuvius. The staff, especially Salvatore, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay truly special.
The only thing I think could have made breakfast better at Cheap Stop is a wider variety of breakfast items.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in Pompeii for four nights and I have to say, it was the best stay of my entire trip in Italy. The value for money at this place was incredible. I had a small room with 6 beds, but it had a separate shower and toilet, which was a great convenience. The location was perfect, right near the train station and the archeological site. The host, Salvatore, was amazing. He made sure I was settled and even brought breakfast for a fair price. The bed was comfortable, although the pillow was a bit too high for my liking. The bathrooms were good and overall, the room and common areas were well-maintained. The best part was that Salvatore treated his guests like friends and was always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for Pompeii. He truly made my stay memorable and I can't thank him enough. I also appreciated the fact that I could leave my bags at the hotel after checkout and the outdoor eating area was a big bonus. The hostel also had ample seating inside and the breakfast was decent. The rooms had a lock from inside, ensuring privacy and safety. And the best part was that everything was within walking distance - the train station, Pompeii, and the bus stop for Vesuvius. No need for taxis or extra expenses. I had a wonderful experience at this budget hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location was mind-blowing, allowing me to easily explore multiple famous tourist spots. The staff was super helpful and went out of their way to assist guests. The hostel provided a fridge and microwave, making it convenient for budget travelers to store and prepare their own meals. The rooms were cozy and regularly cleaned, with bed sheets changed every few days. The hostel also had a locker for personal belongings and had a responsive and friendly staff. Additionally, there were facilities like wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a leisure/TV room available. And as a bonus, no pets were allowed and there was no smoking on-site.

I recently stayed at a budget-friendly hostel in Pompei and had a great experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, and it was clean throughout. The hostel owners and workers were friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor eating area, where I could relax and socialize. The rooms were secure, and I felt safe during my stay. Although there were a few minor issues, like the lack of aircon and small lockers, they didn't significantly impact my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hostel for fellow travelers on a budget.
